We Can't Say NO to Drugs

Abstract: An 11 page paper discussing the problem of drugs in America, as well as other parts of the world, and why the war on drugs has failed. Drugs have always been with mankind as we seem to carry an inherent need to consume mind altering substances. A literature review is included which examines information which supports the notion that the war on drugs has been, and is, failing. Following that is a research design which entails an experiment/survey whereby proof is obtained towards the theory that we cant win the fight against drugs. Then comes a section regarding analysis of the research and then a conclusion. Bibliography contains 15 sources.
