International Political Economy

Abstract: A 5 page paper that discusses some of the political economic approaches used in today's world. A brief discussion of sanctions as one way of altering a nation's political policies is offered. A more comprehensive discussion of trade agreements is also offered with an emphasis on the European Monetary Union including its advantages and disadvantages. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
