Abstract: This 15 page paper considers to what extent PSP could play a role in the gaining of ISO 9001. The paper focuses on quality issues and what is needed to gain any of the ISO 900 family standards, especially ISO 9001, and the qualities and processes needed to gain the standard and then considers in which ways Personal Software Process might help to meet the required standards in an effective manner.
