Abstract: A 3-page essay in which the writer argues that reality is not discovered, but is rather invented. Human beings have always wondered about the true nature of reality. Everything that humanity perceives about the world is filtered through the senses and sensory data can be faulty or it may not jibe with someone else's perception of the same observed phenomenon. Reality is not fixed, certain, or discovered, but rather is invented by each culture, each society in each succeeding era. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
