Abstract: A 6 page paper discussing the ability of the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies to assess building problems and then take effective steps to change the conditions that contribute to the growth of those problems. Chubb discovered that work-life issues were interfering with worker productivity and contributing to absenteeism and employee turnover.
