Why Cheating is Almost Never Justified

Abstract: This 5 page paper examines a hypothetical sustain presented by a student. The justification for cheating, because a student feels insufficient due to his socioeconomic status, is examined. Based on premises of Aristotle and Kant , and utilitarian principles, the paper concludes that with the exception of life and death situations, cheating is never justified.
