Immanuel Kant, Autonomy, and a Respect for Liberty

Abstract: This 5 page report discusses the philosophy of Immanuel Kant (1724-1804) and how it relates to public policy. According to Kant, for an action to have true moral worth, it must be done from and not merely in accord with duty.
