The nature of work has long been for one to provide physical or mental labor in exchange for monetary payment; this notion of giving and taking allows for the laborer to provide basic necessities for himself and his family. Underlying this seemingly workable situation, however, is what theorists have long charged as being both inequitable and biased in a number of ways toward the working population.
