Affirmative Action's Lack Of Usefulness

Abstract: A 10 page paper arguing that any usefulness that affirmative action policies could have claimed in the past have long since been obsolete. When affirmative action policies were instituted, there was little chance that an educated and qualified black man or a woman of any color could break into the corporate world by any means except that of growing their own. After more than 30 years of evolution of the act and of more than enough time in which to judge affirmative action's effectiveness, the only logical conclusion in light of the facts
